Janie + Ethan | Calgary Engagement Photography

Despite being eaten alive by mosquitoes, we had a blast doing official engagement photos. Janie and Ethan are so great together. Lots of laughs and goofing around with these two, it was so much fun! I look forward to working with you again in just a few weeks for your wedding!

Chris and Michelle were here from New York visiting family and we managed to fit a session in before they headed home. They were wonderful and braved the snow and cold - Michelle in a dress and sneakers! Such troopers! Thanks for the fun morning! I hope you enjoy your photos. Jefferies Family

I have had the privilege of photographing Natasha since before she was even pregnant with the twins. Her beautiful face helped me win the Studio 414 photo contest many years ago. It has been wonderful being able to watch her family grow and photograph them along the way.

I met this darling family in Red Deer. They were my last family session for the year and they were such good sports. I left Calgary and it was warm and sunny, but the closer I got to Red Deer the colder, darker and more grey it became. By the time I got there it was freezing and blowing snow. But the kids did amazing and we were able to get some really cute photos. Thank you for braving the cold, Jefferies family! You guys are wonderful!

Strong - Calgary Family Photography

I love my job! These are the most adorable girls. And their lashes!!! Are you kidding me? I'd love to have lashes like theirs. I met Sarah back in my Edmonton days and we became great friends. You can imagine my excitement when I found out they were moving to Calgary!!

I had so much fun with Sarah and her family. We ran around Fish Creek Park to try and stay warm. I'm missing the warm summer nights already and winter has barely started!

Karen, James and crew - Calgary Family Photography

I am so lucky to be able to photograph the most beautiful families, and this family was no exception. I photographed Karen and her family back in the bitter cold of winter last year, and was happy to have much better weather this time around. They were so much fun and Karen the outfits were perfect (Madi, I love your boots!). We had lots of laughs and even beat up on tickled dad a little bit (I think the kids had fun with that one). It was a pleasure once again.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

 

Heidi, Seth and kids - Calgary Family Photography

Heidi had found the most beautiful location out in the Kananaskis. It could not have been more perfect, and the colors went beautifully with the outfits she chose.

I love having photographer friends! (Check out Heidi's work HERE.)  Heidi and I were able to swap family photos this year and I am in love with mine!
